  • If WLR Withdrawal = Y

This means you can only get a voice service via the Internet Based Voice system (known as VoIP/Digital Voice/Internet calls).

Find out more about what this means and how to be prepared for this nationwide change at https://landlinesgo.digital/

There’s a full list of exchange areas that are included in WLR and FTTP Priority Exchange stop sells that is updated every 3 months with new exchanges available at: https://www.openreach.co.uk/cpportal/products/the-all-ip-programme/stopsell-updates

  • If FTTP Priority Exchange = Y

This means you can only get a broadband service that is delivered via the FTTP Full Fibre network and copper based products are being withdrawn and closed. This also mean you can only get a voice service via the Internet Based Voice system (known as VoIP/Digital Voice/Internet calls).

For more information about the nationwide change to the Internet Based Voice system (known as VoIP/Digital Voice/Internet calls) visit https://landlinesgo.digital/

  • If WBC FTTP (Full Fibre) is available this will usually take precedence over other copper based products. Therefore your communication provider would likely move you onto full fibre when ordering or regrading your current package if WBC FTTP (Full Fibre) is available to you. With WBC FTTP (Full Fibre) you will likely only be able to get a phone service that is delivered via the Internet Based Voice system (known as VoIP/Digital Voice/Internet calls).

You may also be able to drop the voice service completely and go broadband only.
